Made the wrong choice? Don't worry about choosing the wrong fragrance or beauty product with us. You can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

In what cases can I withdraw from the contract without giving any reason?

When buying from us, you can return any purchased product, except for:

  1. A product that was made specially for you or modified according to your preferences (e.g., engraved packaging)
  2. A product that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened cosmetics and other products that have come into contact with the skin, or opened food supplement products)
  3. The Buyer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the Goods if the returned Goods or its packaging is damaged, the Goods has lost its commercial appearance (damaged labels, protective films, etc.), the Goods has been used, the Goods is without authentic labels, protective bags and without the same accessories with which it was sold, the Goods is in untidy and/or non-original packaging (without instructions and warranty card, if they were delivered with the Goods), different composition than the Buyer purchased, gifts, accessories or accessories transferred to the Buyer together with the Goods were not returned. Upon return, it is necessary to present a VAT invoice or cash register receipt, or other document confirming the purchase-sale of the Goods from the Seller (e.g.: payment card statement) and the order number.
  4. The Buyer is responsible for the completeness of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, the seller will not accept the returned goods.

If you have chosen to pack the goods as a gift or have chosen eco-friendly packaging, you cannot refuse these services after the products have been packed, as the service has already been provided to you. Please note that your goods will be packed immediately upon placing your order.

It is also not possible to withdraw from the contract if you have chosen to pack the products as a gift and the products are already packed.

We remind you that according to the law, you are responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods by using the goods in ways that exceed the necessity to become acquainted with the characteristics or functioning of the goods (e.g., the value of perfume decreases if you continue to use it after trying the perfume). In such cases, we can only compensate for a proportional part of the price of the goods.

How to Withdraw from a Purchase Contract Without Giving a Reason on Lipsell

Inform Lipsell:

  • You must inform Lipsell of your intention to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • The best way to do this is to send an email to info@lipsell.com.

Return the Goods:

  • Send the goods back to Lipsell without delay, but no later than 14 days after informing them of your withdrawal.
  • If you received an additional free item ("gift") with your order, you must also return it.
  • Please note that you are required to return all items ordered.

Refund:

  • Lipsell will refund the value of the returned goods within 14 days of the day you informed them of your withdrawal.
  • Please note that they may delay the refund in accordance with the law until they have received the returned goods.

Additional Information:

  • If you are returning an item without giving a reason, the cost of shipping the item back to Lipsell will not be refunded.
  • When returning an item without giving a reason, you are also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
  • Lipsell is not responsible for any additional costs incurred if you return an item in a way that results in disproportionately high or excessive expenses.
  • When returning goods, you must provide the order number.

Defective or Incomplete Goods

How to File a Complaint

Contact Lipsell:

  • Send an email to info@lipsell.com with the subject line "Complaint: Defective or Incomplete Item."

Return the Item:

  • Use a courier service to return the defective or incomplete item to the following address: Mb ‘’Lipsell” J. Dobkeviciaus g. 7 Vilnius, LT-02189 Lithuania

Include Required Information:

  • In your email or written complaint, include the following information:
  1. Order number
    Description of the defect, malfunction, or missing part
  2. Any supporting evidence, such as photos of the item, packaging, or defect

Specify Your Requested Resolution:

  • Indicate how you would like Lipsell to resolve your complaint:
  1. Repair the item (if possible)
  2. Replace the item with an identical new one
  3. Reduce the purchase price proportionally to the defect
  4. Refund the purchase price and cancel the contract (if repair or replacement is not possible or would be disproportionately expensive)

Response and Refund

  1. Lipsell will respond to your complaint within 14 days.
  2. If a refund is issued, Lipsell will refund the purchase price and the shipping costs.
  3. If only some items are returned, shipping costs will only be refunded if the remaining items would have qualified for a lower shipping rate if purchased separately.
  4. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect Packages on Delivery:
  • Inspect the package for damage while the courier is still present.
  • If you find damage:
  • Notify the courier.
  • Mark the delivery document that the package is damaged and fill out a "Package Damage (Inspection) Act" with the courier.
  • Inspect the items inside the package and take photos of any damage. The photos will be needed for the return process.
  • If the package is not damaged, you do not need to inspect the items with the courier.
  • Signing the delivery documents without noting damage is considered acceptance of the package in good condition.
